Target Information
DR5 (Apo2, TRAIL-R2, TRICK2, KILLER)는 TRAIL에 의해 유도되는 세포사멸(apoptosis)을 매개하는 사멸 도메인을 포함한 수용체로, TNF 수용체 초가족에 속합니다. 이 수용체는 TNFSF10/TRAIL/APO-2L에 의해 활성화되어 세포사멸 신호를 전달합니다. FADD 결핍 마우스 연구에서 DR5 매개 세포사멸에는 FADD 단백질이 필요함이 밝혀졌습니다. DR5는 두 가지 전사 변이체와 하나의 비암호화 전사체를 가지며, 과발현 시 NF-kappa-B를 활성화하고 세포사멸을 유도합니다. 림프구와 비장에서 특히 높은 수준으로 발현되며, DR5 기능 이상은 편평세포암 및 확산성 침윤 림프구증후군과 관련이 있습니다.
