Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
DBC1 is located within a chromosomal region that shows loss of heterozygosity in some bladder cancers. It contains a 5′ CpG island that may be a frequent target of hypermethylation and may undergo hypermethylation-based silencing in certain bladder cancers.
