Target Information

ACVR1C는 serine/threonine protein kinase로 TGFB 계열 신호 분자의 type I receptor입니다. 이 수용체 복합체는 2개의 type II와 2개의 type I transmembrane kinase로 구성되며, type II 수용체가 type I 수용체를 인산화하여 활성화합니다. 활성화된 type I 수용체는 SMAD2 및 SMAD3 전사 조절 인자를 활성화시켜 핵으로 이동해 DNA와 직접 결합하거나 다른 전사 인자와 복합체를 형성합니다.
ACVR1C는 activin AB, activin B, NODAL의 수용체로 작용하며, 세포 분화, 성장 억제 및 세포사멸에 관여합니다.
