For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
TP53RK is a component of the EKC/KEOPS complex required for the formation of the threonylcarbamoyl group on adenosine at position 37 (t(6)A37) in tRNAs that read codons beginning with adenine.
It assists in transferring the threonylcarbamoyl moiety of TC-AMP to the N6 group of A37 and exhibits ATPase activity within the complex.
TP53RK also acts as an atypical protein kinase that phosphorylates Ser-15 of p53/TP53, potentially contributing to its activation.
