Target Information
CD47 (integrin-associated protein, IAP)은 세포 표면에 널리 발현되는 막관통 당단백질로, 여러 인테그린과 상호작용하여 그 기능을 조절합니다. CD47은 용해성 리간드 또는 카운터 수용체와 결합하여 G 단백질 신호 경로를 조절하며, 세포 부착 시 세포 내 칼슘 농도를 증가시키는 데 관여합니다. 또한 thrombospondin의 C-말단 세포 결합 도메인의 수용체 역할을 하며, 막 수송 및 신호 전달에 관여할 수 있습니다. CD47은 대부분의 조직에 발현되며, Rh 적혈구에서는 발현이 감소되어 있습니다. CD47은 대식세포의 면역 억제 수용체인 CD172a(SIRPα)의 리간드로 작용하여 CD47 양성 세포의 식세포 작용을 억제합니다. CD47-CD172a 시스템은 세포 이동, B 세포 부착, T 세포 활성화, 연골세포의 기계적 자극 반응 조절 및 신경 발달에도 관련되어 있으며, 특히 뇌와 망막의 시냅스가 풍부한 영역에서 많이 존재합니다.
