Product Specific Information

Alexa Fluor™ Plus recombinant antibodies utilize proprietary dye chemistry to deliver brighter fluorescence and improved signal-to-noise ratios compared to conventional Alexa Fluor conjugates. These recombinant antibodies provide superior specificity and lot-to-lot consistency through gene cloning and in vitro expression.

Usage Note:
Before use, centrifuge the conjugate solution briefly and use only the supernatant to minimize nonspecific background due to aggregates.

Applications Tested:
This CXNFT antibody has been validated for:

• Immunohistochemistry of mouse liver tissue
• Western blot, immunocytochemistry, and flow cytometric analysis of RAW 264.7 cells treated with LPS
  Recommended use: 2 µg/mL for ICC; ≤0.25 µg/test for Flow Cytometry (based on 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test).
  Optimize antibody concentration for specific assays.

Target Information

iNOS (Inducible Nitric Oxide Synthase)
iNOS catalyzes the oxidation of L-arginine to produce nitric oxide (NO) and L-citrulline. NO acts as a signaling molecule involved in vasorelaxation, neurotransmission, and immune responses. iNOS expression is inducible by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and cytokines such as IFN-γ, TNF, and IL-1/2. It is found in macrophages, hepatocytes, synoviocytes, and smooth muscle cells. Dysregulation of iNOS is associated with conditions such as achalasia and impotence.
