Product Specific Information
- Reconstitute with 100 µL distilled water to obtain ~1 mg/mL concentration.
- For conjugation experiments, perform additional desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).
Target Information
LEMD3 acts as a specific repressor of TGF-β, activin, and BMP signaling via interaction with R-SMAD proteins. It antagonizes TGF-β-induced cell proliferation arrest.
