Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
TTLL12 (tubulin tyrosine ligase-like family, member 12) is a 644 amino acid protein containing one TTL domain. Among the fourteen TTLL family members that modify tubulin, TTLL12 is the least characterized. It is highly expressed in various metastatic prostate cancer cell lines and is considered a potential tumor therapy target. Overexpression of TTLL12 may alter chromosome ploidy, while its downregulation affects post-translational modifications of tubulin.
