Target Information
The human CD62L is a 74–95 kDa glycoprotein and a member of the selectin family of adhesion receptors.
L-Selectin consists of:
- Aminoterminal C-type lectin binding domain
- EGF-like domain
- Two short consensus repeat (SCR) sequences
- Spacer region
- Transmembrane region
- Short cytoplasmic tail
CD62L is constitutively expressed on all classes of leukocytes, including lymphocytes (except some memory T cells), monocytes, and polymorphonuclear cells.
