- 10 µg/mL of MA5-45642 was sufficient for detection of LRRK2/Dardarin in 20 µg of rat brain lysate by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using Goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody

Target Information
LRRK2 (Leucine-Rich Repeat Kinase 2) is a multidomain protein containing kinase, GTPase, and LRR domains. Mutations in LRRK2 are associated with Parkinson’s disease. The protein includes ankyrin repeats, leucine-rich repeats, kinase and GTPase domains, and a WD40 domain. It is mainly cytoplasmic but also associates with the mitochondrial outer membrane.
