Reconstitution:
- Vial을 개봉하기 전, 내용물을 바닥으로 모으기 위해 잠시 원심분리합니다.
- 멸균 증류수로 재구성하여 0.1–1.0 mg/mL 농도로 조제합니다. (Vortex 금지)
- 재구성된 단백질은 2–8°C에서 최대 1주일 보관 가능합니다.
- 추가 희석은 0.1% BSA 등 carrier protein을 포함한 buffer에서 수행하며, aliquot으로 나누어 -20°C ~ -80°C에서 보관합니다.
Storage:
- 동결건조 상태에서는 실온에서 1개월 안정적입니다.
- 장기 보관은 -20°C ~ -80°C (건조 상태 권장)에서 보관합니다.
- 재구성 후 2–8°C에서 1주일 안정적이며, carrier protein이 포함된 working aliquot은 -20°C ~ -80°C에서 최소 7개월 안정적입니다.
- 반복적인 freeze-thaw는 피하십시오.
