Recombinant antibodies are produced using specific genes that code for the desired antibodies. These genes are cloned into an expression vector and expressed in vitro. The advantages of recombinant antibodies include improved specificity and lot-to-lot consistency.

Invitrogen™ Alexa Fluor™ Plus antibodies provide brighter signal compared to traditional Alexa Fluor™ conjugates, offering better signal-to-noise ratios for critical experiments. These antibodies use proprietary dye chemistry for enhanced fluorescent performance.

Usage Notes:

• Centrifuge the protein conjugate solution briefly before use and use only the supernatant to remove aggregates.
• Optimal antibody dilution should be determined empirically.
• Tested application: Flow cytometric analysis of human PBMCs at ≤0.25 µg/test.
• A test is defined as the amount of antibody required to stain a 100 µL cell sample (10⁵–10⁸ cells/test).
• Excitation: 658 nm; Emission: 675 nm; Laser: Red Laser.

Binds with high affinity to the poliovirus receptor (PVR), leading to increased IL10 secretion and decreased IL12B secretion. Suppresses T cell activation by promoting the generation of mature immunoregulatory dendritic cells.
