Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, approximately 15% cross-reactivity with recombinant human NKp46 is observed.
- Less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhNKp80 and rhNKp30 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level: <0.10 EU per 1 µg antibody (LAL method).
Target Information
NKp46 (CD335, NCR1) is a cytotoxicity-activating receptor that contributes to the efficiency of activated natural killer (NK) cells in tumor cell lysis.
It consists of two Ig-like domains related to leukocyte immunoglobulin-like (LIR) and killer inhibitory receptors (KIR).
