- 재구성 시 증류수 100 µL을 첨가하여 최종 항체 농도 약 1 mg/mL로 조정 권장
- Conjugation 실험용으로 사용할 경우, 탈염 과정(Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882) 추가 권장
Target Information
IL-34는 알려진 어떤 사이토카인 계열에도 속하지 않는 이합체 단백질로, M-CSF Receptor(CSF-1R, CD115)를 통해 신호를 전달합니다.
M-CSF와 아미노산 서열 상의 유사성은 없지만, 2차 구조와 기능적 특성이 유사하며, 골수계 세포의 생존, 증식, 분화를 촉진하고 파골세포 형성에 관여합니다.
IL-34는 다양한 조직에서 발현되며, 특히 비장에서 가장 높은 발현량을 보입니다.
