Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

The Fanconi anemia complementation group (FANC) includes FANCA, FANCB, FANCC, FANCD1 (BRCA2), FANCD2, FANCE, FANCF, FANCG, FANCI, FANCJ (BRIP1), FANCL, FANCM, and FANCN (PALB2).
Fanconi anemia is a genetically heterogeneous recessive disorder characterized by:
- Cytogenetic instability
- Hypersensitivity to DNA crosslinking agents
- Increased chromosomal breakage
- Defective DNA repair
FANCC encodes the protein for complementation group C, which participates in a common nuclear protein complex involved in DNA repair.
