Target Information
MMP10은 matrix metalloproteinase 계열에 속하며, 일반적으로 pro-form으로 분비된 후 세포외 단백질분해효소에 의해 활성화됩니다. 아연과 칼슘을 보조 인자로 필요로 하며, pro-collagenase의 활성화, 콜라겐 및 fibronectin의 분해, 조직 재형성에 관여합니다. 인간에서는 MMP10 유전자가 염색체 11에 위치합니다.
