- In ELISAs, this antibody shows less than 0.2% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse IL-1ra and no cross-reactivity with human or rodent IL-1 alpha/beta or IL-1 receptors.
- Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level: <0.10 EU per 1 µg of antibody (LAL method).
Target Information
The IL1RA protein is a cytokine receptor belonging to the interleukin 1 receptor family. It acts as a receptor for IL1A, IL1B, and IL1R1/IL1RA, mediating cytokine-induced immune and inflammatory responses. The IL1 receptor gene family (IL1R1, IL1R2, IL1RL1, IL1RL2) forms a cluster on chromosome 2q12.
