Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
Myosin regulatory light polypeptide 9 (MYL9) is a highly conserved, ubiquitously expressed protein encoded by the MYL9 gene in humans. Myosin is a structural component of muscle composed of two heavy chains and four light chains, including phosphorylatable and nonphosphorylatable subunits.
MYL9 may regulate muscle contraction by modulating the ATPase activity of myosin heads. MYL9 and MYL12 act as functional ligands for CD69, and blockade of CD69-MYL9/12 interaction ameliorates allergic airway inflammation in mouse models of asthma.
