Target Information
Fanconi anemia complementation group (FANC)은 FANCA, FANCB, FANCC, FANCD1 (BRCA2), FANCD2, FANCE, FANCF, FANCG, FANCI, FANCJ (BRIP1), FANCL, FANCM, FANCN (PALB2)를 포함합니다.
이 질환은 세포유전학적 불안정성, DNA 교차결합제에 대한 과민성, 염색체 절단 증가, DNA 복구 결함을 특징으로 하는 열성 유전 질환입니다.
FANCC 유전자는 Fanconi anemia 보완군 C 단백질을 암호화합니다.
