Target Information
Tryptase는 serine protease 계열의 단백질로, 주로 비만세포(mast cell)에 존재합니다. 염증 및 조직 회복 과정에서 다른 단백질을 절단하고 활성화하는 역할을 하며, 혈압 조절에도 관여합니다. 천식, 알레르기, 심혈관 질환 등 다양한 질환과 관련이 있으며, 네 개의 동일한 소단위체로 이루어진 사량체 구조를 가집니다. 활성형은 전구효소 형태가 단백질 분해에 의해 절단되어 생성됩니다.
