Target Information
TRPV1 (Transient Receptor Potential Cation Channel Subfamily V Member 1)는 캡사이신(capscaisin)에 의해 활성화되는 수용체로, 통증을 유발하는 감각 신경을 선택적으로 자극합니다.
TRPV1은 TRP 계열의 이온 채널(TRPC3, TRPC6 등)과 구조적으로 관련된 비선택적 양이온 채널로, 칼슘, 마그네슘, 나트륨, 칼륨 이온에 투과성이 있습니다.
구조적으로 6개의 막 관통 도메인, P-loop 막 도메인 및 3개의 ankyrin 반복 도메인을 포함합니다.
고온 자극에 의해 활성화되며, 통증성 열 자극의 변환자로 작용합니다.
TRPV1은 프로톤 유입을 매개하고 통증 신경 내 세포 내 산증에 관여할 수 있습니다.
발현은 주로 감각 신경절 내 뉴런에서 제한적으로 나타납니다.
TRPV1은 5’ UTR 서열 변이가 있는 네 가지 전사체 변형을 가집니다.
관련 질환으로는 과민성 대장 증후군(IBS) 및 방광 질환이 보고되어 있습니다.
