Target Information
This gene encodes poly(ADP-ribosyl)transferase-like 1 protein, which catalyzes poly(ADP-ribosyl)ation reactions. The protein has a catalytic domain homologous to poly(ADP-ribosyl) transferase but lacks the N-terminal DNA binding domain. Its transferase activity may be activated by protein-protein interactions mediated by the carboxyl terminus.
