1 µg/mL of MA5-27673 was sufficient for detection of NrCAM in 20 µg of rat brain lysate by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using Goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. Detects approximately 160 kDa.
This antibody was formerly sold as clone S364-51.
Target Information
Cell adhesion, ankyrin-binding protein involved in neuron-neuron adhesion. May play a role in the molecular assembly of the nodes of Ranvier.
