• Reconstitution: Add 50 µL or 0.2 mL of double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
• The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature.
• Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
• Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week.
• For longer storage, aliquot and store at -20°C.
• Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
• Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

This gene belongs to the transient receptor family and the TrpV subfamily. The calcium-selective channel encoded by this gene has six transmembrane-spanning domains, multiple potential phosphorylation sites, an N-linked glycosylation site, and five ANK repeats. This protein forms homo- or heterotetramers and is activated by low internal calcium levels.
