이 항체는 CD89의 세포외 에피토프를 인식합니다. CD89는 55–100 kDa의 당단백질로 IgA 수용체로 작용하며, 주로 호중구, 단핵구, 대식세포에서 발현됩니다.
권장 희석 배율은 전체 혈액 100 µL 또는 현탁액 내 1×10⁶ 세포에 해당합니다.
Target Information
CD89 유전자는 면역글로불린 유전자 초가족에 속하며 IgA의 Fc 영역에 대한 수용체를 암호화합니다. 이 수용체는 호중구, 단핵구, 대식세포, 호산구 등의 골수계 세포 표면에 존재하며, IgA-옵소닌화된 표적과 상호작용하여 식세포작용, 항체 의존성 세포독성, 염증 매개체 방출 등을 유도합니다.
이 유전자에는 여러 가지 대체 스플라이싱 변이체가 보고되어 있습니다.
