Product Specific Information

The monoclonal mouse IgG1 kappa immunoglobulin serves as an isotype control.
Reported applications include flow cytometric analysis and immunohistochemical staining.
Tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells and can be used at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.

eFluor® 660 is a replacement for Alexa Fluor® 647, emitting at 659 nm and excited with a red laser (633 nm). Ensure your instrument is capable of detecting this fluorochrome.

Target Information

Mouse IgG1 is a subtype of immunoglobulin G antibody produced by B cells in response to antigens. It is the most abundant IgG subtype in serum and plays a key role in adaptive immune responses such as opsonization, complement activation, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity.
It is widely used in research applications including ELISA, Western blotting, and immunohistochemistry, as well as in therapeutic research such as immunotherapy and vaccine development.
