Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
53BP1 (P53-binding protein 1) plays a critical role in tumor suppression and acts as a substrate of ATM kinase. Upon DNA damage, 53BP1 is phosphorylated and localizes to sites of double-strand breaks. It is involved in checkpoint signaling during mitosis, enhances TP53-mediated transcriptional activation, and contributes to genomic stability through DNA repair.
