Target Information
Cyclin B1(CCNB1)은 세포주기 G2/M 전이 조절에 필수적인 단백질로, Cyclin-dependent kinase(CDK)와 결합하여 활성 조절을 수행합니다.
Cyclin B1은 p34(cdc2)와 복합체를 형성해 maturation-promoting factor(MPF)를 생성하며, G2/M 단계에서 안정적으로 축적되다가 유사분열 종료 시 APC 의존적 분해를 통해 세포주기 진행을 조절합니다.
Cyclin B1은 유방암, 전립선암, 비소세포성 폐암 등 다양한 암에서 과발현되는 것으로 보고되었습니다.
