Protein phosphatase inhibitor-1 (PPP1R1A, IPP-1, I-1)은 단백질의 인산화 조절에 관여하며, cyclic AMP-dependent protein kinase에 의해 Threonine 35에서 인산화됩니다.
또한 Cdk1, Cdk5, MAPK 등의 프로린 지향성 키나아제가 Serine 67에서 인산화를 매개합니다.
