Target Information
TRADD (Tumor necrosis factor receptor type 1-associated DEATH domain protein)은 FAS 및 TNFR1 관련 세포자멸사 신호전달의 중요한 매개체입니다. 핵 내 형태는 TRIP12에 의한 CDKN2A의 p19ARF/ARF 이소폼의 유비퀴틴화 및 분해를 억제하여 종양 억제 인자로 작용합니다.
TRADD는 TNFRSF1A/TNFR1의 활성화된 세포질 도메인과 특이적으로 결합하여 FADD와의 상호작용을 매개하며, TNF 유도 반응인 세포자멸사 및 NF-κB 활성화를 유도합니다.
