For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

VISTA (V-domain Ig containing suppressor of T-cell activation), also known as B7-H5 or PD-1H, is encoded by the VSIR gene.
Although VISTA shares sequence homology with PD-L1, it exhibits a distinct expression pattern. In both mice and humans, VISTA is predominantly expressed on hematopoietic cells—most abundantly on myeloid cells and to a lesser extent on T cells, while being typically absent on B cells.
VISTA expressed by antigen-presenting cells can directly suppress proliferation and cytokine production of CD4 and CD8 T cells, making it an important target for cancer immunotherapy.
Reported ligands of VISTA include CD28H, VSIG-3, and VSIG-8.
