이 항체는 calyculin A로 처리한 human A7r5 및 mouse C2C12 세포의 면역블롯에서 약 135 kDa 크기의 mDia2 단백질을 검출합니다. 또한, calyculin A 처리 후 발현된 mDia2를 검출하지만, 인산분해효소 처리 후에는 반응성이 사라집니다. mDia2 (T1061A) 변이체는 검출하지 않습니다.
