PA1-43067 detects Factor IX in rat, human, mouse, and bovine samples.
It has been successfully used in Western blot with human, mouse, bovine, and rat samples, and in ELISA applications with mouse and rat samples.
PA1-43067 was derived from mouse Factor IX.
Target Information
Coagulation factor IX is a single-chain polypeptide with a molecular mass of approximately 57 kDa.
Normal concentrations of Factor IX in human plasma are around 3 µg/mL.
Factor IX deficiency, leading to impaired coagulation activity, is observed in patients with the X-chromosome linked disorder, haemophilia B.
