Pipette Operation

Forward Technique (for low-density liquids):

1. Press the push button to the first STOP
2. Slowly release the button to the ready position to aspirate liquid
3. Deliver liquid by pressing to the first STOP, then to the second STOP to empty the tip
4. Release the button to ready position; change tip if necessary

Reverse Technique (for high-viscosity or volatile liquids):

1. Depress button fully to second STOP for aspiration, then release slowly to ready position
2. Press button to first STOP to discharge preset volume
3. Discard remaining liquid with the tip

Calibration and Adjustment

Take out the Service tool and place it as shown.
Turn clockwise to increase, counterclockwise to decrease volume.
Calibrate pipettes 1–2 times per year depending on usage frequency.

Storage and Transportation

Store and transport at room temperature.

Notice

1. Ensure pipette and tips are at the same temperature before use; hold upright during aspiration
2. Do not invert or lay flat when filled with liquid; use a pipette stand
3. Use within specified volume range
4. Apply maintenance oil to sealing ring for long-term storage
5. Seek professional assistance for disassembly or maintenance
