Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Bruton tyrosine kinase (BTK) is a cytoplasmic tyrosine kinase belonging to the SRC-related TEC subfamily.
Mutations in the BTK gene are associated with developmental blocks in B-cell ontogeny and immunodeficiency disorders.
BTK interacts with toll-like receptor (TLR) family members such as TLR4, 6, 8, and 9, which are key in innate and adaptive immunity.
It also interacts with MyD88, TIRAP, and IRAK but not TRAF-6, indicating involvement in lipopolysaccharide signal transduction.
