For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Bruton tyrosine kinase (BTK) is a cytoplasmic tyrosine kinase belonging to the SRC-related TEC subfamily of tyrosine kinases. Mutations in the BTK gene are associated with severe developmental blocks in human B-cell ontogeny and immunodeficiency disorders.
BTK interacts with members of the toll-like receptor (TLR) family such as TLR4, 6, 8, and 9, which are critical for innate and adaptive immunity. It also interacts with key proteins involved in TLR4 signal transduction such as MyD88, TIRAP, and IRAK, but not TRAF-6, suggesting a role in lipopolysaccharide signal transduction.
