Human, Dog, Rat, Mouse, Monkey 샘플에서 반응합니다.
Western blot에서 HeLa, NRK, MDCK cell lysate의 p42 ERK 검출에 사용되었습니다.
Recombinant ERK1 및 ERK2 단백질을 이용한 Western blot 결과, MA1-099은 ERK1도 검출 가능하나 ERK2를 훨씬 낮은 농도에서 검출합니다.
다양한 종의 lysate를 사용한 Western blot에서는 MA1-099이 내인성 ERK2만 검출함이 확인되었습니다.
Target Information
MAPK1 (ERK2)는 serine/threonine kinase로서 p90 RSK, MSK, ELK1, Stat3의 중요한 활성화 인자이며 MAPK 경로에 관여합니다.
ERK는 여러 생화학적 신호의 통합점으로 작용하며, 세포 증식, 분화, 전사 조절, 발달 등 다양한 세포 과정에 관여합니다.
활성화는 상위 kinase에 의한 인산화가 필요하며, 활성화 후 핵으로 이동하여 핵 내 표적을 인산화합니다.
