Product Specific Information
MA1-10030 detects yeast Nsr1 from S. cerevisiae samples and reacts with an epitope in the C-terminal 55% of Nsr1.
Target Information
Nsr1 is a yeast protein localized in the nucleolus and binds to telomeric single-stranded oligonucleotide repeat sequences of the type (TG1-3)n.
It plays a role in ribosomal RNA maturation and possibly in the transport of proteins into the nucleus.
