Description:
The 11H3 antibody reacts with human TACI (tumor necrosis factor receptor 13B). TACI binds BAFF and APRIL, regulating humoral immune responses and activating NF-κB and c-Jun N-terminal kinase. It is involved in B cell–associated autoimmune diseases. TACI expression is predominant in B cells and correlates with BLyS binding. 11H3 does not block BAFF/BLyS binding to TACI.

Applications Tested:

• Tested by flow cytometry on normal human peripheral blood cells
• Recommended ≤0.5 µg/test (100 µL final volume; 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test)
• Optimize dilution for each assay
