Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and expressed in HEK293 cells. Individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
RhoA regulates a signal transduction pathway linking plasma membrane receptors to the assembly of focal adhesions and actin stress fibers. It plays a critical role in cytokinesis by contributing to myosin contractile ring formation and cleavage furrow development.
RhoA is essential for apical junction formation in keratinocyte adhesion and acts as a target for Yersinia pestis and Yersinia pseudotuberculosis toxins. It activates PKN2 kinase and may regulate PLCE1 activity.
RhoA is also involved in SPATA13-mediated cell migration and adhesion dynamics, and participates in the MEMO1-RHOA-DIAPH1 signaling pathway, which stabilizes microtubules at the cell cortex through ERBB2-dependent mechanisms.
