- Low-endotoxin, preservative-free formulation.
- For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1×10^6 cells in 100 µL.
- Rat anti-Mouse CD49d monoclonal antibody, clone PS/2 recognizes murine alpha 4 integrin (CD49d), a ~150 kDa single-pass type I membrane glycoprotein.
- Forms heterodimers with beta 1 (CD29) or beta 7 integrin to create CD49d/CD29 (VLA-4) and alpha4/beta7 (LPAM-1).

Target Information
Integrin alpha 4 (CD49d, ITGA4) is a member of the integrin alpha chain family.
Integrins are heterodimeric membrane proteins composed of alpha and beta chains.
Alpha4 associates with beta1 or beta7 chains, forming integrin α4β1 and α4β7 complexes.
Ligands include MadCAM, VCAM, and fibronectin. MadCAM is the principal ligand for α4β7.
HIV-1 envelope can mimic MadCAM by binding and signaling through α4β7, the gut mucosal homing receptor for peripheral T cells.
