- For IHC, epitope retrieval with citrate buffer (pH 6.0) is recommended for FFPE tissue sections.
Target Information
XRCC6 forms a nuclear complex composed of two subunits (~70 kDa and ~80 kDa).
This complex functions as a single-stranded DNA-dependent, ATP-dependent helicase and may participate in nonhomologous DNA end repair, transposition, and V(D)J recombination.
High levels of autoantibodies to p70 and p80 have been observed in some patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.
