Target Information
TRIP6 유전자는 zyxin 계열에 속하며, 세 개의 LIM zinc-binding 도메인을 가진 단백질을 암호화합니다. 이 단백질은 focal adhesion 부위와 actin stress fiber를 따라 위치하며, lysophosphatidic acid (LPA)에 의해 세포막으로의 이동이 유도됩니다. LPA에 의해 유도되는 세포 이동을 조절하며, 다양한 스플라이싱 변이체가 보고되었습니다.
