Product Specific Information

For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to reach a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).


Target Information

RWDD3 (RSUME) is a small RWD-containing protein that enhances SUMO conjugation within immune-inflammatory signaling pathways. RWDD3 increases Ikappa-Beta sumoylation and stability, inhibiting TNF-α-induced kappaB-LUC reporter activity.
RSUME-mediated sumoylation of Ikappa-Beta suppresses NF-kappa-Beta activity on inflammatory genes such as IL-8 and COX-2, contributing to anti-inflammatory responses.
RWDD3 expression is induced under hypoxic conditions and may play a role in vascularization. BMP-4 and RWDD3 are potential targets for inhibiting pituitary tumorigenesis.
