Product Specific Information

The 24DMS1 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD39 (NTPDaseI), an enzyme that converts nucleoside tri- and diphosphates into nucleoside monophosphates, thereby removing toxic extracellular ATP and ADP. CD39 plays a key role in inflammation suppression and platelet activation control. It is expressed on B cells, Langerhans cells, monocytes, and a subset of CD4+ CD25+FoxP3+ Treg cells.

Treg cells from CD39-deficient mice show impaired suppressive properties.
This antibody is validated for flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes, recommended ≤1 µg/test (100 µL final volume).
Super Bright 600 is a tandem dye excited at 405 nm and emits at 600 nm. Recommended filter: 610/20 bandpass.

When using multiple Super Bright dyes, use Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product # SB-4401) to minimize non-specific interactions.

Light Sensitivity: Protect from light to prevent photo-induced oxidation.
Fixation: Samples can be stored in IC Fixation Buffer (Product # 00-8222) or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product # 00-5333) for up to 3 days at 4°C in the dark.

Target Information

CD39 is a 70–100 kDa cell surface antigen expressed on peripheral blood B cells, monocytes, T cell clones, and weakly on granulocytes. It possesses ecto-ATPase activity and is induced on T cells and increased on B cells as a late activation antigen.
