Product Specific Information

The 93 monoclonal antibody reacts with an epitope shared by mouse CD16 and CD32.
CD16 (FcγRIII) and CD32 (FcγRII) are low affinity receptors for the mouse IgG Fc portion and are expressed by B cells, monocyte/macrophages, NK cells, and neutrophils.

Each product contains:

• 1 vial of NovaFluor conjugate
• 1 vial of CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer

Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
Applications Tested: Tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes, ≤1.0 µg/test (100 µL final volume).
Cell number range: 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test.
Antibody titration recommended for optimal performance.

Compatibility Notice:
NovaFluor dyes are not compatible with DNA intercalating viability dyes (e.g., propidium iodide, 7-AAD, DAPI).
Use Invitrogen LIVE/DEAD Fixable Dead Cell stains for viability assessment.

CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer:
Updated conjugate ships with CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer (Cat. No. C001T06F01).
Add 5 µL per sample to antibody cocktails/master mixes before combining with cells.
Use 5 µL per 100 µL cell sample for single-color controls.

Technology:
NovaFluor conjugates utilize Phiton™ technology with engineered nucleic acid dye structures for optimized fluorescence signatures and minimal spectral spillover.
Excitation: 639 nm; Emission: 700 nm; Laser: 633–640 nm (Red).

• 40 kDa glycoprotein (FcγRII)
• Low affinity receptor for IgG
• Functions: endocytosis, secretion activation, cytotoxicity, immunomodulation
• Expressed by B cells, monocytes, granulocytes, platelets
• Involved in immune complex phagocytosis and antibody production regulation
• Genetic variants associated with susceptibility to systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE)
