Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed):
Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
For formalin-fixed tissues, heat sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, then cool at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Target Information
Decorin은 small leucine-rich proteoglycan (SLRP) 계열 단백질로, biglycan과 함께 세포외기질에서 콜라겐 및 다양한 매트릭스 단백질과 상호작용하여 연골 기질을 조절합니다.
Fibronectin, thrombospondin, C1q, EGFR, TGF-β 등과 결합하며, 연골세포의 세포주기 조절에도 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
Decorin의 neoepitope fragment는 PKTLQE 서열을 가지며, 이는 MMP-3 또는 ADAMTS-4에 의해 Glu154–Leu155 부위 절단 시 생성됩니다.
