Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Target Information
Decorin은 small leucine-rich proteoglycan (SLRP) 계열에 속하며, biglycan과 함께 cartilage의 interterritorial region에 존재합니다.
Collagen 및 다른 matrix 단백질과 상호작용하여 cartilaginous matrix를 조절하며, fibronectin, thrombospondin, C1q, EGFR, TGF-β 등과 결합하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
또한 chondrocyte의 세포주기 조절에도 관여합니다. Decorin neoepitope fragment는 PKTLQE 서열을 가지며, MMP-3 또는 ADAMTS-4에 의해 Glu154–Leu155에서 절단되어 생성됩니다.
