- IHC (PFA-fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직 염색 시, 10 mM Tris (1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C, 45분간 가열 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각합니다.

Transthyretin (TTR, prealbumin)은 갑상선 호르몬(thyroxine)과 레티놀 결합 단백질(retinol-binding protein)의 운반체로 작용하는 혈장 단백질입니다. 주로 간에서 생성되어 혈장으로 분비되며, 뇌척수액 단백질의 약 25%를 차지합니다. 이는 혈액-뇌척수액 장벽을 통한 선택적 수송 또는 중추신경계 내 신생합성을 시사합니다.
Transthyretin은 노인성 뇌 아밀로이드 병변에서 발견되며, 40종 이상의 TTR 유전자 변이가 아밀로이드 침착과 관련되어 보고되었습니다.
