Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직의 염색 시, 10mM Tris Buffer (1mM EDTA, pH 9.0)에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각하는 항원 복원 과정이 필요합니다.

EGFR (Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor)는 다양한 성장 인자에 반응하는 수용체 티로신 키나아제로, 여러 종류의 암에서 과발현되는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. EGFR 유전자는 인간 7번 염색체에 위치하며, HER/ERbB 단백질 패밀리(ERbB2, ERbB3, ERbB4 포함)에 속합니다.
EGFR은 세포막 수용체로서 EGF 및 TGF-α 등의 리간드 결합 시 이합체화(dimerization)와 세포질 도메인 티로신 잔기의 자가 인산화를 유도합니다.
이러한 과발현은 두경부암, 뇌종양, 방광암, 위암, 유방암, 폐암, 자궁내막암, 자궁경부암, 난소암 등 다양한 암종에서 관찰됩니다.
